Terms & Conditions for Avalon Guest House
- Check In is from 4pm-7pm – Avalon Guest House will not accept late arrivals unless arranged directly with the owners prior to arrival
- Payment taken on arrival
- Check Out is by 10am
- Children under the age of 14 cannot be accommodated
- Avalon is NO SMOKING throughout – a fine of £250 is charged to any guest smoking in our rooms
- Guests will be charged for any damage caused to rooms
- Pets are not allowed (with the exception of assistance dogs)
- Various options for breakfast – early continental Breakfast may be possible on request
Cancellation Charges
- Avalon does not except American Express a surcharge is applied to all credit card payments
- We will require a valid credit card number or a deposit to confirm your booking. Note that we will not debit any card until your arrival, unless you cancel your booking. In the case of amendment or cancellation by you, the following fees will be charged to the card for each room booked:
- From booking until 7 days before arrival the cost of one nights stay becomes available for each room booked
- Within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no show the full amount of the stay becomes payable
- We reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms for groups, special events, bank holidays and busy periods. You will be advised of any variations upon booking. We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover any amendment or cancellation charges.
